This is the reason I left Commonwealth. I went to CUA but they charge usage fees so I am moving to ING.
I'm in ING now they gave me $20 when I put a deosit in. You need to have a mobile phone to join but you get a debit card. For mobile I bought a cheap phone on ebay and use virgin prepaid with bean counter - $10/month. For internet, I'm still with Telstra but moving to iinet or engin to use voip phone - free calls.
